Awarded Entrepreneur Is Renewing Sawmill Industry with AI

Finnish online magazine TEK published an article about Finnos on June. They interviewed Finnos' CEO Jere Heikkinen who was recently awarded as the young researcher entrepreneur of the year 2019.

With Finnos' scanners sawmills are able to get a lot of information about logs with X-ray and laser technology and that's how it's possible to make sawmilling processes more efficient. –  Our products increase the yield of sawmills with several percents. Sawmills are able to produce products in such way that was not possible before, says Heikkinen. 

Finnos is growing rapidly and has gained several awards during past few years. Finnos has been awarded as the start up company of the year in Finland and is also among ten best start up companies in the world.
